In-Shop Installation: You can expect in-shop installation of LED lights to take about same time as neon. But, if you consider the risk of breakage of neon (we've all been there - the job is almost completed and then "crack") plus all other components necessary to install neon (i.e., neon stands, rivet guns, drill guns, neon stand wire, etc.), then you'll find that LED can be a more efficient installation.

Our LED modules are extremely tough and can be handled in the roughtest shops and not skip a beat. To install our LED lights, all you need is silicone, wire connectors, wire stripper - that's it.

In-the-Field Installation: Here is where you can expect to really save time (and money) as LED lighting will save your installers about 30% vs. a similar neon installation job. Again, our DC LED lights require only a single 1/2" penetration hole per letter vs. two 1-1/4" penetration holes for neon. This sounds even better when drilling through 8 inches of concrete for the standard "tilt-up" buildings.
